This policy applies to the Oliva guest application, this website, and the Oliva property operations portal. Oliva provides private digital stay guides for guests and operational tools for authorized property owners and managers.
2. Information we process
- Booking and stay details, such as property, arrival, checkout, booking source, and temporary access status.
- Guest details provided by the host or guest, such as name, phone number, preferences, and service-request information.
- Security and technical information, including a device-scoped identifier, session records, access attempts, and diagnostic information.
- Messages or questions you submit to support or optional AI-assisted features.
Guest access codes are protected and are not retained in readable plaintext. Oliva does not require guests to create a personal account.
3. How we use information
We use information to validate active-stay access, display the correct property guide, personalize place recommendations, prepare service requests, protect Oliva from misuse, communicate important stay information, and improve reliability.
4. Service providers and external apps
Oliva may use vetted providers for database hosting, authentication, maps, application hosting, notifications, diagnostics, and AI assistance. When you choose to open WhatsApp, a telephone call, or a map, you leave Oliva and that provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
Guest access expires automatically at checkout. We retain operational records only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected credentials, and role-based authorization; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your privacy choices

7. Children
Oliva is intended for adult booking guests and property operators. It is not directed to children, and children should not submit personal information through the service.
